We require a complete application before scheduling your child’s new student assessment and Student Success Consultation (Interview).

Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten Age Requirements:

• Child must be 4 1/2 years old before September 1 to be eligible for Transitional Kindergarten
• Child must be 5 years old before September 1 to be eligible for Kindergarten

Application Requirements: Complete the Redwood Christian Schools’ 在线申请 to help us learn about your child (TK-12 applicants).

• Non-refundable Application Fee ($175 for the first student, $75 for each additional sibling)

• Financial verification requirement (upload most recent tax return)
• Families with students entering TK-8th should also apply for Basic Fund (see if you qualify for Basic Fund)

• 学费 grant applications take 2-4 weeks to process

Upon receipt of your completed application, the admissions office will contact you to schedule a New Student Assessment. Following the assessment, a New Student Interview is scheduled with a campus administrator.

During the interview the administrator will go over school policies, philosophy and academic planning for the initial schedule of classes. Results of the assessment will be discussed, as well as any questions or concerns. Together the administrator and the parents determine the best academic plan for the student.

**At the conclusion of your Student Success Consultation, you will be asked to provide a $250 non-refundable deposit (检查, 现金, or credit) towards your first month’s tuition in order to secure your child’s seat.

• Transitional Kindergarten Applicants: 30 minute meeting with applicant, parent(s) and a campus administrator.
• Kindergarten Applicants (K): 45-minute assessment. Once we receive your application, we will be in touch about the assessment.
• 小学 Applicants (1st-5th): 60-minute assessment. Once we receive your application and teacher recommendation form, we will be in touch about the assessment.
• 中学 & 高中 Applicants: 90-minute assessment. Applicants are assessed in Math, Writing, and Reading Comprehension.

Choosing a school is a monumental decision, and we are here to support you every step of the way. To complete enrollment, families must:

• Provide the non-refundable $250 tuition deposit (现金, 检查, or credit) towards your first month’s tuition **this secures your child’s seat.
